Can you tell what someone is thinking by their eyes?

Someone from my security subject posted this link regarding Asperger's Syndrome, a condition where the person cannot identify the feelings shown by another person. Man I scored 20, which is below the threshold of 21 (for asperger's) and 26 (for normal people).

Let me know what you guys get :)

28 here :)

Since the threshold for Asperger's is apparently 21.9 (only 4 points below normal people) either a) people with Asperger's gain almost all of their recognition of expressions from people's eyes, or b) the statistic is incorrect or misleading (perhaps full faces were shown to them, or only 5 people were used as the sample, or one person with Asperger's got lucky and scored 22 while the rest scored 10).
